By using Rifflog you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms are written to be readable, not to bury things in legalese.
Rifflog is a web-based tab editor that lets you write tablature, attach audio, and share a link. It's currently in active development. Features may change, and things may break occasionally.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your password. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@rifflog.com.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You own the tab content and audio files you create and upload. By storing content on Rifflog, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver it — to you and to people you choose to share it with. We don't claim ownership of your work.
You're responsible for having the rights to any content you upload, including audio recordings. Don't upload content you don't own or have permission to share.
You agree not to use Rifflog to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Rifflog is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't guarantee uptime, data preservation, or that anything will work exactly as expected. Don't use Rifflog as your only backup for important work.
To the extent permitted by law, Rifflog and its operators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss.
We may change or discontinue features of Rifflog at any time. For significant changes that affect stored data or account access, we'll give reasonable notice via your account email address.
If we update these terms in a material way, we'll update the effective date above and notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
